Rakesh Reddy, CEO and COO

Rakesh is a serial tech entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in IT Product Development and Product-based R&D. He has delivered valuable solutions in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Delivery Management, Contract Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that have been deployed across 6 continents. Driven by a commitment to sustainable entrepreneurship he has acquired strong skills in various disciplines and led critical Mergers and Acquisitions.

He has played a key role in building and driving companies to success, with attention to detail and a quality-first approach. At NAVA, his primary objective is to help clients increase productivity and competitiveness in the global marketplace. He sets business objectives and leads strategic decisions to help realize NAVA’s vision through actionable business plans.

Don Logan, Executive Vice President

Don an IT industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in industry building software, web, and technology-based and service-based solutions. For the past 19 years, he has been lending his extensive industry knowledge to help founders of emerging ventures get to their next level of growth, at the helm of a unique business advisory practice.  During his professional journey, Don has led many businesses to success, be it startups, expansions, or turnarounds and served as COO for many organizations.

He has experience in every major function of technology and service-based companies, product development and infrastructure development, sales, growth, and exit. As Executive Vice President, he guides the NAVA team in turning obstacles to opportunities and exceeding performance targets. He is key in tactical delivery of near-term goals and strategically building the infrastructure, processes, and teams, needed to support long-term growth and scalability

Kristi Phipps – VP Sales & Business Development

Kristi is a certified project management professional with over 18 years of rich, diversified experience managing large IT industry projects. A visionary leader with a Green Belt in Six Sigma, Kristi has led several organizations’ towards their goals with her expertise in strategic planning and process improvement. As an active member of the PMI Oklahoma City Chapter Board of Directors, she is at the forefront of many community initiatives. She believes in building new leaders in the industry who can effectively lead and contribute to the community. Kristi has worked for organizations such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Florida, Fidelity Information Services, Verizon, to name a few.

At NAVA, Kristi is responsible for building and managing all sales and business development operations, defining channel and partner strategies, maintaining key customer relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base. She drives sales growth and profitability by providing executive leadership for various marketing activities across multiple channels.

Santosh Kumar, CTO

Santosh is a seasoned and certified technical architect and business innovator with over 15 years of experience in the IT Industry. He has spearheaded solutions in multiple domains for Dynamics 365, Azure, DevOps, CRM/CE, AX/Finance & Operations, GP, Nav/Business Central, Power Platform, and other Microsoft based systems. An entrepreneur at heart, he has led startups to success as a founder and investor. He has built and managed onshore, offshore and nearshore teams for the IT Services sector. 

Along with technical expertise, Santosh’s other strengths are strategic thinking with strong business acumen.  His understanding of latest industry trends and future direction makes him deliver the best IT solutions to clients. He leads the charge for secure, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions by generating sustainable operations and processes at NAVA.

Naren N, Data Architect and Managing Partner

Naren is a data technology and recruitment expert with over 15 years of industry experience. He has worked with product-based companies, Microsoft technologies, ETL, BI and Data Warehousing, and Big Data, delivering data solutions for major players in the healthcare, insurance, and finance sectors. An entrepreneur at heart, he is always up for challenges, open to new ideas, and re-imagining processes with innovations.

At NAVA, Naren’s focus is to help leaders develop talent in their organizations, with holistic ways of learning that are on-demand, engaging, and aligned to the company’s strategic business priorities.  He heads the recruiting side of the business working/intereacting with the clients, understanding their technology resource needs, and providing them with technical expertise needed for their short-term and long-term needs.
